Four steps, start to finish

You do the easy part. We do the rest.

  1. ~2 minutes

    Step 1: Snap your bill

Take a photo of your bill or upload the PDF. That's your whole job. We read it automatically: the company, the amount due, and the due date. Nothing to type, nothing to get wrong.

  2. About 1 business day

    Step 2: We review it

You submit; we take it from there. We confirm your bill is real, in your name, and within your coverage. No credit check, ever. Most bills are reviewed in about 1 business day.

Usually about 1 business day, and never a credit check.

  3. 1-3 business days

Step 3: We pay your provider directly

You confirm your plan; we send the money straight to your biller, so you never have to move it yourself. Payments go out electronically to most major billers. Allow 3-5 business days for it to post on your account.

  4. Over 4 weeks

Step 4: Pay us back weekly

You pay us back in 4 weekly payments. The first includes your one-time fee; the next three are charged automatically, one week apart. Every date and every amount is shown to you before you confirm anything.

One flat fee. Zero interest. No surprises.

What Willow costs, in plain English

One flat service fee

A one-time flat service fee is added to your bill and built into your payment plan, along with standard card processing when you repay by card. No monthly charges, no subscriptions.

You see everything first

Before you confirm anything, you'll see your exact payment plan: every date and every amount, down to the penny.

No interest, ever

Willow never charges interest, and paying early never costs extra. What you see on your plan is what you pay.
